Tomatoes marinated with aspirin is a delicious appetizer that is cold marinated with the addition of horseradish leaf and root. They give the tomatoes a pleasant flavor and leave them a little crispy. Thanks to the addition of aspirin to the marinade, tomatoes can be stored in a cool place for a long time and not spoil.

Pour filtered water into a large container, add sugar, salt, vinegar and aspirin to it. Mix well until all ingredients are dissolved.

We clean the garlic, rinse it. We clean the horseradish root, rinse and cut into small pieces. We wash the hot pepper, cut it in half and clean the seeds. Cut the pepper into small pieces.

We wash the tomatoes, dry them on a kitchen towel. At the bottom of the sterilized jar we put a sheet of horseradish, 2 umbrellas of dill. Then put the tomatoes tightly, adding the cloves of garlic, pieces of hot pepper and horseradish.
