We offer you a recipe for pickled tomatoes with garlic, which we call "Tomatoes in the Snow". The principle of preparation is that in each jar we will add a small amount of garlic, grated on a fine grater, due to which the effect of snow is created. Tomatoes prepared according to our recipe are aromatic, sweet and sour and savory in taste.

We wash the tomatoes under running water, dry them a little on a kitchen towel. In each tomato, using a toothpick, we make a puncture in the area of ​​the stalk so that the tomatoes do not burst when they are treated with boiling water. We put tomatoes in sterilized jars.

Pour water into a saucepan, put on fire and bring to a boil. Pour boiling water into jars with tomatoes and cover them with lids. Leave the tomatoes to steam for 10-15 minutes.
