This recipe is for quick vegetable snack options. You will spend no more than 15 minutes on cooking pickled tomatoes, and in a day such tomatoes can be served. Pickle in a bag and take small tomatoes.

Wash the pickled tomatoes and pat dry with a paper towel. Then, with a sharp knife, remove the core with the stalk and cut them crosswise. Peel the chives and remove the seeds from the hot peppers. Rinse the bunch of green dill.

Finely chop the peeled chives and a slice (to taste) of hot pepper.

Transfer the prepared tomatoes to a plastic bag. Add chopped garlic and pepper to them. You can put the dill sprigs in a bag whole, or you can chop them into small pieces. Sprinkle the tomatoes with the amount of salt and sugar indicated in the recipe and tie the bag tightly. For security, place the tomatoes in a second bag and then shake them well a few times so that the sugar, salt and spices are evenly coated over all the tomatoes.
