Pickled tomatoes with horseradish

Pickled tomatoes with horseradish are distinguished from other preparations by their special aroma and taste. The tomatoes will turn out to be strong, and the marinade will be vigorous and aromatic. For this recipe, use small tomatoes and preferably meaty varieties. Cooking with sterilization.

Rinse small and sturdy tomatoes well and cut them into halves to fill the jars more compactly.

Peel the garlic and horseradish root. Rinse the parsley with cold water.
