Winter preservation in the form of pickled tomatoes with cabbage is a popular and easy-to-use preparation. The combination of white cabbage and ripe red tomatoes is not only good in taste. This blank looks unusual and beautiful from the outside. Tomatoes are very juicy and tasty, and cabbage adds aroma to them.

Let's prepare the marinade. We collect the required amount of water in a saucepan (you can use the liquid drained from vegetables), put it on fire, add salt and granulated sugar to the water. Stir, bring to a boil. After that, we boil the marinade for 2-4 minutes until the crystals of dry substances are completely dissolved. Then pour vinegar into the marinade, mix and let it boil for one minute.
