Another option for a quick tomato snack is pickled tomatoes with honey and garlic. This unusual marinade is best suited for cherry tomatoes or other tomatoes with a sweetish flavor. Our pickled tomatoes are spicy, honey and vinegar give them a little sweetness, and olive oil and dried herbs add a pleasant spicy note.

We wash the tomatoes under a stream of warm running water, put them on a towel and leave them for 10-15 minutes to dry. Then, if the tomatoes are large - cut them into slices, if small - in half. We remove the stalks in the tomatoes and put them in a jar or any convenient container.

Prepare the marinade: in a small container, mix liquid honey, olive oil, vinegar, mix the liquid ingredients well. Then add spices and salt. Mix everything well.

Add garlic and marinade passed through a press to the jar to the tomatoes. We close the jar with a nylon lid and shake the contents a little so that all the ingredients are mixed together. Leave the tomatoes to marinate at room temperature for about half an hour.
