Appetizing tomatoes with apples are distinguished by their unusual taste, depending on the apple variety. Sweeter varieties will give tomatoes a special delicate flavor, while more sour varieties will enhance the sourness of the workpiece. In combination with fragrant spices and herbs, an amazing appetizer is obtained that successfully complements the table.

Take clean jars and sterilize them additionally. Put a clean sprig of dill and parsley in each jar. Then fill the jars about half of the rinsed and chopped tomatoes in the stalk area.
