The recipe for making pickled tomatoes with onions will take its rightful place among your canning recipes. You will prepare a delicious and savory appetizer for dinner and festive tables. For pickling, choose mature, meaty tomatoes. Marinate tomatoes with slices and add vegetable oil to the marinade. Cooking without sterilization. The basic flavor of this piece is determined by the correct proportion of sugar in relation to the rest of the ingredients.

Rinse the tomatoes with running water, cut into large slices and remove the stalks. Peel the onions and cut into thin half rings.

Wash the jars for the preparation well. You do not need to sterilize them. Put two sprigs of washed greens (dill or parsley) in the jars. Place half of the chopped onion on top of the greens.
