Thanks to the recipe that is presented to your attention, you can prepare delicious pickled tomatoes with subtle sweet notes. The amount of ingredients is calculated for three liter cans. In order for the result to please you as much as possible, give preference to dense varieties of the same size without signs of damage. In addition, sterilization of cans and lids should not be neglected.

Now let's start preparing the tomatoes. We select ripe, strong fruits that show no signs of any damage. We wash the tomatoes, put them on a towel so that excess moisture is dripped off them. Next, we take a toothpick or fork and make a puncture with it in each fruit in the area of the stalk. This must be done so that the tomatoes keep their original shape well during cooking and storage.
Immediately after removing the pan from the heat, pour the marinade over the tomatoes. Pour it to the very top of the jar so that the tomatoes are completely immersed in the marinade. Now it remains to roll up the cans, turn them upside down until their contents cool completely, then send them for storage in a dark, cool place.
