You can pickle tomatoes in a quick way in a bag. In addition to tomatoes, this will take five minutes of time, aromatic spices and herbs. The pickling process itself takes four to five hours at room temperature. To marinate the tomatoes faster and more evenly, do not forget to periodically shake the contents of the bag - the spices are distributed over each tomato, and the taste will be optimal.

Any tomatoes are suitable for this pickling method. But the best option would be quite ripe, but dense fruits, since too ripe and soft can simply lose their shape. Wash the selected tomatoes and dry them. Cut off the lower part of each tomato with a trace of the stalk so that the pulp is visible - this way the tomatoes will be more likely to marinate.

Peel the garlic, rinse it and chop it with a knife. Alternatively, the teeth can be passed through a press. We wash the indicated greens and dry them with a towel. Put the prepared tomatoes, chopped garlic, horseradish leaf, dill inflorescences and greens, black pepper, granulated sugar and salt into the bag.

We firmly grip the upper part of the bag with our hand, and gently shake and mix the contents in the lower part. If in doubt about the tightness and tightness of the bag, it is better to place it in another bag. Tie the edges of the bag tightly. Leave the tomatoes at room temperature to marinate for four to five hours. During this time, it is advisable to periodically shake the bag to evenly distribute the spices and herbs.

After the specified time, tomatoes can already be eaten. You can continue marinating to achieve a greater degree of salinity and characteristic flavor. Such tomatoes can be left at room temperature for a day - they are perfectly stored and marinated further.
