Pickled tomatoes in apple juice

Pickled tomatoes with apple juice have a delicate sweet taste and do not require any other preservatives in their composition. The brine is also very tasty and can be drunk in the morning as an invigorating drink.

Apples are best taken sour or sweet and sour. Wash them and cut out any bruises. Squeeze the juice out of the apples and measure out 1 liter.
