This delicious and savory snack can only be made quickly with good tomatoes: firm, fleshy and small in size. Cherry tomatoes are ideal. They are marinated with garlic, onions and fresh herbs. You are invited to add honey, soy sauce and olive oil to the marinade in this recipe.
