Here is a recipe describing an unusual way of pickling a tomato per day. The unusual thing is the use of honey and lemon juice for making the marinade. Such pickled tomatoes are simply amazing and incredibly tasty!

Remove the peel from the tomato, then put the fruits in a suitable container, sprinkle with salt and leave for 20 minutes. You can remove the peel in the standard way - make cuts on the tomatoes, dip them in boiling water for a couple of minutes.

Rinse basil and cilantro, pat dry. Then you should chop the greens along with the pepper.

Peel the garlic and pass through a press. You can also grate it on a fine grater.

To make the marinade, cut the lemons in half and squeeze the juice out of the halves into a separate container. Add vegetable oil and honey to lemon juice. Mix everything.
