The pepper is cooked for 1-2 minutes, laid out in jars and poured with a marinade of water, sugar, salt, vegetable oil, vinegar, pepper, bay leaf and cloves. It turns out a very tasty appetizer that goes perfectly with fish or meat.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
We start by preparing the cans. We wash them thoroughly under hot water with soda and sterilize in any convenient way. Boil the lids separately. Rinse the pepper well under running water and dry it on a paper towel.
step 2 out of 5
Cut each in half, remove the seeds and cut them into strips.
step 3 out of 5
Now we are preparing the marinade. Pour water into a suitable saucepan, add granulated sugar and salt and bring to a boil. Now we send there vegetable oil, vinegar, allspice and black pepper, bay leaves and cloves. Cook for several minutes until the salt and sugar dissolve. We send chopped peppers to the marinade in portions and cook it there for 1-2 minutes.
step 4 out of 5
Put the pepper tightly in the jars and cover with a lid after each portion. We remove a sample of the marinade and, if necessary, add salt to it. We take out the peppercorns, bay leaf, cloves and pour it into the jars. Roll up with sterile lids, turn it upside down, wrap it in a blanket or blanket and leave it for several hours until it cools completely.
step 5 out of 5
We store the finished pepper in the cellar or refrigerator. We open it in winter and use it in preparing various dishes or serve it as an appetizer for the main course. Bon Appetit!
