Pickled rows with vinegar for the winter

Not so long ago I had a chance to try pickled rows with vinegar. I have never heard of these mushrooms before, but after trying them, I got incredible pleasure from the delicate taste of this forest delicacy. Marinated rows are perfect for any hot dishes, go well with potato and meat dishes.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
First of all, carefully sort through, clean from leaves and forest debris, and then thoroughly rinse the rows several times in cold running water.
step 2 out of 5
Cut large specimens of mushrooms into several parts. Put the prepared washed rows in a deep saucepan and fill with cold water. Put on moderate heat and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook mushrooms for 30-35 minutes, stirring occasionally and skimming off the foam.
step 3 out of 5
Throw the boiled row on a sieve or colander, rinse thoroughly under cool running water and leave for 5-7 minutes to let the excess liquid glass.
step 4 out of 5
Start making the marinade. Pour the required amount of drinking water into a saucepan, put on medium heat and bring to a boil. Then put bay leaves, cloves, black peppercorns, ground cinnamon, granulated sugar, vinegar and salt in a saucepan. Put the cooked rows in the marinade and cook for 10-15 minutes.
step 5 out of 5
Wash and sterilize the jars in a convenient way. Boil the lids. Pour vinegar essence into the rows. Then remove from heat. Spread the rows over sterile jars with a slotted spoon and fill with hot marinade. Tighten hot jars well with sterile lids. Turn the jars upside down, wrap them in a warm blanket and leave to cool completely. Then move them to a dark place.

Bon Appetit!
