Pour the amount of water indicated in the recipe to the mushrooms, add salt and sugar and put the peas and laurel. Boil the mushrooms in the marinade for 15 minutes from the start of the boil. By the end of cooking, pour vinegar to the mushrooms, stir, cook for a couple of minutes and turn off the heat.
Peel the garlic and cut into small pieces. Sterilize the jars and lids by any means. Put the marinated mushrooms in jars together with chopped garlic. Pour the hot marinade over the mushrooms to the very top. Cork the jars tightly. If stored in the refrigerator, jars with mushrooms can be closed with tight nylon lids. Cool the marinated mushrooms under a terry towel, and then transfer to storage. After 5 days, the mushrooms are finally marinated and you can serve them to the table.
