Marinated mushrooms in soy sauce on the grill

In the barbecue season, sometimes you no longer want meat - the stomach asks for something no less tasty, but lighter. Champignons will help out! These mushrooms are ideal for grilling, they are tasty, juicy, light. We offer a simple way to marinate champignons - you need a minimum of ingredients, and the result is always predictably perfect.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
We wash the dill, dry it and chop it finely with a knife. Peel the garlic and chop it with a knife or pass it through a press.
step 2 out of 6
Wipe the champignons with a damp cloth. We do not cut the mushrooms, we leave them whole. We put the mushrooms in a tight plastic bag of a suitable size. Following the mushrooms, we send chopped dill with garlic in a bag.
step 3 out of 6
Add sweet paprika.
step 4 out of 6
Next, pour olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice into the bag.
step 5 out of 6
Tie the bag tightly on a knot and shake the contents well - the mushrooms should be covered with a mixture of all the marinade ingredients. We leave the bag with mushrooms at room temperature for marinating for fifteen to twenty minutes - this time will be enough for the mushrooms to be saturated with the taste and aroma of the marinade.
step 6 out of 6
We string mushrooms on skewers and send them to the grill. We do not cook for long - just wait until a golden crust appears on all sides, for which we must often turn and turn the skewers. Also, such mushrooms can be baked in the oven directly on skewers.
Bon Appetit!
