Pickled garlic arrows

Pickled arrows of garlic will perfectly decorate any festive dish. You can marinate them with various spices. Focus on your taste and add what you usually put with pickled cucumbers or tomatoes. You can put a different set of spices in each jar. Marinate the arrows with a 2-fold fill.

Wash all green leaves and place in jars. Put peppercorns in each jar.

Wash the garlic arrows and cut into pieces according to the height of the jar and then place them tightly over all the jars.

Boil clean water in a kettle, pour boiling water over the arrows and, covering with lids, leave for 20 minutes.

Then pour the water from the jars through a special lid into a saucepan and cook the marinade on it, adding the calculated amount of salt and sugar. Pour vinegar into the boiled marinade.

Pour the garlic arrows with the prepared marinade and immediately roll up the jars. Then turn them over onto the lids, wrap them in a warm blanket and, after cooling, transfer them to a storage location.
