Pickled garlic arrows are a true homemade delicacy that cannot be found on store shelves. Such an appetizer will add a spicy, special piquant flavor to the dish. It can be served with porridge and meat dishes, as well as added to soup. Plus, garlic arrows are just as beneficial as cloves. This is a real storehouse of vitamins! Let's start preparing arrows. To do this, we select the best ones, and cut off the colored part from them, and also cut off too thick stems to the desired size. Then we cut our arrows into strips of 3-4 cm.

We spread the prepared arrows in half-liter jars.

Now we take a saucepan and pour water into it, add sugar, salt, mustard, coriander and bay leaf to it. We put it on the stove and wait until it boils, and then we keep it on the fire until the salt and sugar are completely dissolved.

Pour our garlic arrows with this boiled mixture and let stand for about 10 minutes.

After that, carefully pour the water back into the pan, bring to a boil and add the lemon. After boiling again, pour water into jars and roll up the arrows. Turn the cans upside down, cover them and let them cool.
