I recommend preparing pickled garlic arrows for the winter. This aromatic appetizer goes well with meat and potato dishes. The spicy arrows of garlic are crispy and moderately spicy.

Put the chopped arrows tightly in sterile jars, fill with pre-prepared boiling water. Pour boiling water over the lids and cover the jars with them. Leave the jars as they are for 10-15 minutes. Pour the liquid from the cans into a saucepan, add granulated sugar and coarse salt. Bring to a boil, then pour in the vinegar, stir and remove from heat.
