Spicy arrows of garlic with mustard harmonize well with vegetable, meat and fish side dishes. They can also be added to the preparation of the first and second courses, used as an independent snack.

Collect the garlic shoots, remove the seed buds and wash and dry the arrows. Cut into pieces 2 cm long.

Put the arrows in boiling water, boil for 5 minutes. Then put the pieces of garlic arrows in cold water, also for 5 minutes. Let the water drain, transfer the arrows to sterilized jars. Fill the jars tightly with arrows up to the very neck.

Pour boiling water into jars with garlic shoots, leave for 10 minutes. Then pour the water into a separate saucepan, put it on the stove. After boiling, add mustard seeds and coriander. Add salt and granulated sugar, pour in vinegar. Boil the marinade until the sugar and salt are dissolved.

Pour the arrows with hot marinade, close the jars with screw caps or roll up. Turn upside down, cover with a warm blanket and leave to cool completely. Remove to basement, cellar or closet.
