You can marinate the waves both cold and hot. The first of them is simpler and less troublesome, mushrooms are not boiled, they are dense and slightly crispy.

Pour boiling water over the container in which the waves will marinate. Put bay leaves, umbrellas and stalks of dill, assorted peppers, a layer of peppers, garlic, cut into thin slices, and add salt to the bottom. In this way, lay out several layers of mushrooms, sandwiching them with greens. At the end, cover the mushrooms with gauze, folded several times, and place the weight on the container.
