Delicious pickled tomatoes can be cooked without sterilization. So they will retain more useful properties. To do this, replace cooking with a vinegar-based marinade. This appetizer turns out to be very appetizing and will make any dish better!

We wash the green tomatoes and put them in clean, sterilized jars. Fill them with boiling water, cover them with lids and wrap them with a warm blanket or towel. Leave in this form for 20 minutes.

We prepare the marinade, for this we add salt and sugar to the water, put the pan on the stove, bring to a boil and wait for the sugar and salt to completely dissolve. Then pour in the vinegar and boil for a couple of minutes.

Drain the water from the tomatoes. Add 2 peppercorns and bay leaves to each jar. Put in 2 tbsp each. dressing with pepper and carrots and pour the marinade to the top. We roll up the banks. We are waiting for complete cooling at room temperature.
