Prepare the jars: check them for cracks and chips, wash with baking soda and put on sterilization for 15 minutes. Boil water in a saucepan and dilute salt and sugar in it per 1 liter of 1 tbsp. each ingredient. Cook the brine over low heat for 3 minutes.

Pour the brine back into the pot, simmer for 5 minutes and pour it back into the jars. Add 1 tsp to each jar. acetic acid and seal the jars. Turn them upside down and cover them with a blanket for 24 hours. Then you can put it in a cool place for storage.
