Pickled green tomatoes in Georgian style

Georgian pickled tomatoes are an absolutely incredible dish! Crispy, with a light pleasant sourness, they will be an excellent addition to meat products and various side dishes. It's impossible to resist such a snack!

My tomatoes and cut in the middle crosswise, without cutting the fruits to the end, so that they do not fall apart.

Wash the celery and separate the stems from the leaves. Finely chop the sheets for the filling, and leave the stems not chopped.

We take a container for marinating and put a few celery stalks on the bottom. We put tomatoes on them, and celery on top again. Fill everything with water. Cover, you can squeeze the tomatoes a little with weight. We cool and put in a cool place for 6-7 days.
