Pickled green tomatoes with garlic

A spicy appetizer is made from green tomatoes in a sweet and sour marinade with garlic. Such a dish cooks quickly, but it needs to be allowed to brew for about 2 weeks. Hot red pepper is added for pungency.

Sort the vegetables and wash. Cut the tomatoes into several pieces, put in a pickling container. The container must first be washed with soda, rinsed. Then pour boiling water over and let stand for 15 minutes, then pour out the water.

For the marinade, peel the red hot peppers from the seeds. Peel the garlic. Twist the sharp ingredients through a meat grinder. In a separate bowl, mix the vinegar, granulated sugar and salt, then send the mixture of garlic and pepper there, mix. Pour the tomatoes into a container with this mixture and stir.
