Chopped peppers are cooked for 5 minutes in a marinade of water, garlic, vegetable oil, vinegar, salt and granulated sugar. Then everything is transferred to banks and rolled up. It turns out a very tasty and aromatic snack.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
First, thoroughly rinse the bell pepper under running water and dry it on a paper towel. We remove the seeds along with the stalks and cut it into long bars. If the pepper is spoiled in places, then you can simply cut it out.
step 2 out of 5
Peel and wash the garlic in warm water. Now we cut it finely with a knife.
step 3 out of 5
We send salt, granulated sugar and chopped garlic into a deep saucepan. Next, fill in vegetable oil and drinking water there. We send everything to the fire and bring to a boil. Cook for a couple of minutes, stirring constantly, until the sugar and salt are completely dissolved.
step 4 out of 5
We send chopped peppers to a boiling marinade and cook it for 5 minutes. If the pan is not very large, then it is better to cook in parts so that the bell peppers boil well.
step 5 out of 5
We pre-wash the jars well under hot water with soda and sterilize them in any convenient way. Spread the pepper tightly over them, fill everything with hot marinade and tighten tightly with sterile lids. Turn it upside down, wrap it in a towel or blanket and leave it for several hours until it cools completely. We send the finished peppers to storage in a cool, dark place. We open them in winter and serve a delicious aromatic appetizer to the main course. Bon Appetit!
