Sort the mushrooms, removing the debris, and peel, removing the top skin from the cap. Rinse the oil under running cool water and boil them for 1 hour, then overturn them in a colander to remove the liquid.

Rinse the peeled onions and chop in half rings. Fry in a preheated skillet with oil for 2 minutes until golden brown.
