Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 19
Put butter in a glass or ceramic bowl, cut it into small pieces, and add the right amount of honey and sugar to it. Melt this mixture in the microwave for 1 minute and then stir well with a whisk.
step 2 out of 19
Break the eggs into the second bowl, add soda to them and beat a little with a whisk.
step 3 out of 19
Then combine the contents of the two bowls and mix again. The resulting liquid dough base should lighten and be covered with fine bubbles.
step 4 out of 19
Add one spoonful of flour to this base and stir immediately.
step 5 out of 19
You should have a homogeneous dough with the consistency of thick sour cream.
step 6 out of 19
Cover a round baking dish with a piece of foil and brush it with a little vegetable oil.
step 7 out of 19
Remove the foil and form the following dough molds, as you cannot pour the dough into hot foil.
step 8 out of 19
Pour the dough onto the foil in a mold and spread it evenly with a spatula.
step 9 out of 19
Bake the batter cakes alternately in the oven at 180 ° C for 5-7 minutes. Remove the baked crust from the mold along with the foil and place the next portion of the dough.
step 10 out of 19
Cut the prepared hot cakes with a knife around the perimeter according to the diameter of the plate to form the cake. Set the cuttings aside (they will be for the crumbs), and leave the cakes in the foil until they are completely cooled.
step 11 out of 19
To prepare the cream, place the butter, kept for some time at home temperature, in a separate bowl and cut it into pieces. Pour condensed milk from a can to butter and beat everything with a mixer.
step 12 out of 19
Dry the scraps from the cakes for 5 minutes in a hot oven to make them brittle.
step 13 out of 19
Then grind them with your hand to a state of fine crumbs.
step 14 out of 19
To assemble the honey cake, place the first cake layer on a flat plate with the bottom side up.
step 15 out of 19
Spread the cake well with the prepared cream and place the second cake on it. Lay down all the baked cakes in this way.
step 16 out of 19
Smear the sides and top of the cake with cream.
step 17 out of 19
Sprinkle the cake on all sides with cooked crumbs.
step 18 out of 19
You have a beautiful honey cake.
step 19 out of 19
This cake can be served immediately and cut into portions.
