Here is a recipe for delicious, soft, thin and at the same time elastic pancakes, which will be a great breakfast or base for any filling. The process of making such pancakes is simple. Add baking soda to liquid honey (if necessary, melt it in a water bath) and mix the resulting mixture. Next, turn on the gas and heat it up. The mixture should turn dark golden and grow in size.

Pour heated honey into the resulting egg mixture. We mix. After that, we begin to introduce wheat flour in small portions.
