I want to share with you a simple and easy-to-prepare recipe for a honey cake with a banana. The cake turns out to be soft, fragrant, with a rich honey flavor, chocolate glaze and a delicate banana layer.

Place honey with baking powder in a container and heat in a water bath until the mass increases. Beat eggs with sugar. Connect both masses. Sift the flour and stir gently with a spatula. Gently pour the dough into a mold and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool completely. Divide the biscuit into cakes by cutting lengthwise with a sharp knife.
Remove the cake from the refrigerator and cover it with icing, spreading evenly with a silicone spatula. Grind the walnuts with a coffee grinder. Sprinkle the resulting nut crumbs on the cake and put it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. If you make a cake in the evening, put it in the refrigerator overnight. During this time, it will be perfectly saturated. Serve a fragrant dessert on the table, divided into portions.
