step 3 out of 12
Pour in milk gradually, stirring continuously with a whisk.
step 4 out of 12
Put the saucepan with the contents on medium heat, stirring constantly, bring to a boil, but do not boil. As soon as the first bubbles appear, remove from heat and let the cream cool slightly.

Add the softened butter to the slightly cooled cream and mix well with a silicone spatula, bringing to a smooth, homogeneous consistency.
step 6 out of 12
Allow the finished cream to cool completely.
step 7 out of 12
Place honey with baking powder in a container and heat in a water bath until the mass increases. Beat eggs with sugar. Connect both masses. Sift the flour and stir gently with a spatula. Gently pour the dough into a mold and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool completely. Divide the biscuit into cakes by cutting lengthwise with a sharp knife.
step 8 out of 12
Peel and slice a ripe banana. Grease the dish on which you will collect the cake with a small amount of cream so that the future cake does not slip. Place the honey cake on top. Lubricate the sponge cake well with custard, lay out the banana circles.
step 9 out of 12
So collect the whole cake. Thoroughly coat the top and sides of the honey cake with a banana with cream. Leave the finished cake in the refrigerator to soak.
step 10 out of 12
In the meantime, prepare the frosting. Break the chocolate into smaller pieces and place in a container, add the required amount of butter. Place the container in a water bath, stirring constantly, melt the ingredients.
step 11 out of 12
When the mass becomes homogeneous, pour in the cream, preheating it. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
step 12 out of 12
Remove the cake from the refrigerator and cover it with icing, spreading evenly with a silicone spatula. Grind the walnuts with a coffee grinder. Sprinkle the resulting nut crumbs on the cake and put it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. If you make a cake in the evening, put it in the refrigerator overnight. During this time, it will be perfectly saturated. Serve a fragrant dessert on the table, divided into portions.

Enjoy your tea!
