First you need to sift the flour. Thanks to this process, our dough can be saturated with oxygen, which makes the dough light and airy. Add baking soda to the sifted flour.

We break the eggs into a separate container, send sugar and honey there, and then beat everything thoroughly with a mixer for ten minutes, until the mass becomes homogeneous.

Gradually introduce flour into the resulting mass. We mix everything with a mixer. The finished dough should have a liquid consistency.

We cover the form in which we will bake the dough with parchment paper, then pour half of the dough into it and send it to the oven, preheated to one hundred and sixty degrees for forty minutes. We do the same manipulations with the rest of the test. We should have two cakes.
