Honey cake with cocoa

Chocolate honey cake has a more pronounced taste of chocolate than in the classic version with a bright honey taste. At the same time, the cake is balanced and very tasty. The baked goods will consist of 12 cakes, which can be prepared in advance. A layer of chocolate cream and ganache on dark chocolate will make this cake a real masterpiece.

For the cream, crush the chocolate finely and place in a bowl.

Put butter, sugar and honey in a saucepan. Stir and put on low heat, stirring constantly so that the butter melts and the sugar dissolves. Remove from stove and add baking soda.
