Place a smaller saucepan on a steam bath, mix the sugar, butter and honey in it, stirring constantly to bring the mixture until smooth. Then add the vinegar slaked baking soda and beaten eggs, stir and keep on the steam bath for another 5 minutes. Turn off the fire.

Add flour in small portions and knead the dough. Wrap it in plastic wrap and place it in the freezer for 20-30 minutes.

Remove the dough from the freezer, divide it into 8-9 pieces. Roll out a round layer 4-5 millimeters thick from each part, do it right away on baking paper. Using a plate or a saucepan lid of the correct diameter, trim the layers to the correct round shape.

Prepare the cream. Whisk the egg and sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved. Then pour in milk, add flour, stir until smooth. Pour this mixture into a saucepan over medium heat. Bring the cream to a boil, stirring constantly, then reduce heat and simmer until it begins to thicken. The consistency of the cream should resemble very thick sour cream. Turn off the heat and let the cream cool slightly.
