Honey cupcakes in silicone molds

Honey muffins can be made very quickly for tea for home gatherings. Small silicone molds are best for them, they do not need to be oiled and the dough does not burn on them.

In a bowl, combine milk, sunflower oil, honey, eggs and sugar until smooth.

Sift flour, mix it with baking powder and baking soda. Add flour to liquid ingredients and knead the dough.

Divide the dough into silicone molds. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Place the molds in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Check the readiness of the muffins with a match; after a puncture, it should remain dry. Take the muffins out of the oven, cool them down, remove them from the silicone molds, sprinkle the muffins with powdered sugar or coconut if desired, and serve with tea.
