Turn on the oven, setting the temperature to 150 ° C. Wash the eggs and carefully separate them into yolks and whites. Beat whites with liquid honey with a mixer to a stable foam. Then add starch to them and mix with a spatula from bottom to top.

Line the baking sheet with good quality baking paper or silicone, otherwise the crust will not separate from the surface of the baking sheet. Place the meringue on a baking sheet in an even, square layer.

Bake the crust in a preheated oven for 15 minutes. Baked meringue will not be crispy as it is cooked with honey. Turn the hot meringue immediately and gently using a piece of paper or towel. Whisk the coconut cream and honey with a mixer at high speed until firm peaks. Spread the resulting cream on the protein cake. Top the cream with chopped walnuts and banana slices.
