Cooking meringue. Separate the whites from the yolks. We wash and wipe dry the container in which we will cook. We move the proteins into it and beat with a mixer at low speed, gradually increasing it. Then gradually pour in the sugar and continue to beat until a thick foam forms.

We spread the whipped egg whites on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Distribute the mixture evenly and send it to the oven. We bake for 15-20 minutes at 170 degrees.
