Beat the whites in a deep container until bubbles form, add lemon juice and salt, and continue to beat. Gradually introduce the icing sugar. After the formation of stable peaks, beating can be stopped.

Cover the baking sheet with parchment, coat it with butter and pour the whipped egg whites into it. Gently distribute them all over the baking sheet, sprinkle the dough with almond powder on top (it can also be almonds crushed in a coffee grinder).
