Light airy dessert without flour and oil will win you over. Delicate creamy filling of cheese and cream will not leave you indifferent. You can experiment with the filling - add fresh berries, fruits, raisins. All those with a sweet tooth will love this delicate treat.

Begin to beat the cooled proteins with a pinch of salt at low mixer speeds, gradually increasing the speed.

Add cornstarch and mix thoroughly.

Add nut flour. If you don't have flour, you can grind it in a coffee grinder from any kind of nuts.
