Peel the young potatoes and rinse them under running water. If you have potatoes from your own garden, you can only rinse them under water to remove sand; it is not necessary to peel them from a young thin peel. Peel the garlic, rinse and pass through a press. We wash the dill and chop finely. Prepare the marinade: in a small container, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix the ingredients well until smooth. Season the potatoes with marinade, mix well and leave to marinate at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
The finished potatoes will be golden brown with a delicious crispy crust. And inside it is soft. Remove the potatoes from the heat and put them on a dish sent with two layers of foil.
