I want to share a wonderful healthy recipe for carrot muffins with kefir. Such a dessert will surely be appreciated by little children and will ask for more. For the preparation of muffins, the simplest ingredients are used that will always be found in any thrifty hostess.

Prepare all the ingredients you need to make your kefir carrot muffins. Wash the carrots thoroughly in cool water and dry. Peel the prepared carrots with a vegetable peeler.

Grate the peeled carrots on a fine grater and place in a deep container. Add the required amount of granulated sugar, salt, honey and cinnamon. Break a chicken egg.

Mix thoroughly with a mixer until smooth and homogeneous. You can also use a whisk or a tablespoon. Pour the required amount of vegetable oil into the resulting mass. Mix well.
