Each housewife has her own favorite recipe for a quick and delicious dessert or homemade baking. Our family is very fond of carrot muffins with raisins. The baked goods are not only tasty, but also healthy. Adjust the amount of granulated sugar in accordance with your taste preferences.

Prepare all the ingredients you need to make your carrot raisin muffins. Wash the carrots thoroughly in cool running water, and then dry. Peel the prepared carrots with a vegetable peeler.
