Carrot juice has many beneficial properties for the human body. I want to share a simple and fairly easy recipe for sugar-free carrot juice for the winter. The vitamin drink contains a large amount of natural sugars and therefore can be consumed in small amounts only a few times a week.

Prepare your carrots. Wash it thoroughly under cold running water, and then peel it with a vegetable peeler or a sharp knife.

Prepare the jars in advance, wash them thoroughly using baking soda and a dishwashing sponge. Sterilize clean jars in the microwave, water bath, or oven.

Rinse the peeled carrots in cold water again, and then pass them through the juicer. If you don't have a juicer available, juice can be made by chopping carrots with a food processor, blender, or meat grinder. But this process will significantly increase the time for preparing a vitamin drink and make it quite laborious.

Pour boiling water over the lids or boil in a separate saucepan for 5-7 minutes.

Pour the carrot juice into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour hot carrot juice into sterile jars and screw tight with sterile lids. Cover the juice cans with a towel and cool completely.
