Carrot juice through a juicer for the winter

The most common way to prepare any juice is with a juicer. I suggest making delicious, bright and healthy carrot juice through a juicer. A healthy drink turns out to be quite aromatic with a balanced taste and a high content of useful microelements.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
First of all, measure out the required amount of carrots. Wash the prepared carrots thoroughly under cold running water using a brush for washing vegetables and fruits.
step 2 out of 8
Dry, and then use a vegetable peeler to peel the washed carrots.
step 3 out of 8
Pass the peeled carrots through a juicer.
step 4 out of 8
Pour the resulting carrot juice into a metal bowl with a thick bottom.
step 5 out of 8
Pour the required amount of drinking water into a saucepan and add citric acid. Place the pot of carrot juice over moderate heat and bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat and boil the juice for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally and removing the resulting foam.
step 6 out of 8
In the meantime, rinse the jars thoroughly in warm water with baking soda or detergent, then sterilize them in the microwave, oven, or water bath. Gently pour hot carrot juice into sterile jars, cover with sterile lids.
step 7 out of 8
Roll up hot cans carefully with a seamer. Turn the hot juice cans upside down and wrap them in a warm blanket.
step 8 out of 8
Leave in this position for about a day until it cools completely, then move the workpiece for long-term storage in a cool, dark place.

Enjoy a healthy drink!
