Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
First, prepare the required amount of carrots. Wash it thoroughly under cold running water using a vegetable brush, and then peel it with a vegetable peeler. For juice, choose young, sweet and juicy carrots.
step 2 out of 7
Cut the peeled carrots into circles and place them in the juicer pan.
step 3 out of 7
Prepare the jars, wash them thoroughly in warm water and baking soda, and then sterilize in a water bath. Rinse the lids in cold water, then place in a saucepan. Boil the lids for about 7-10 minutes.
step 4 out of 7
Pour the required amount of cold water into the lower part of the juicer and put it on fire. Bring to a moderate boil.
step 5 out of 7
After the water boils well, put the middle on the lower part and check that the tube is well fixed. Place a container with carrots on top, and close the lid well. After the water boils strongly, reduce the heat and after about an hour, add the required amount of granulated sugar to the container with carrots.
step 6 out of 7
Granulated sugar can not be put at all or adjusted according to your own taste preferences and the natural sweetness of the carrots. Close the lid and cook for another 2.5-3 hours. After the time has passed, pour out the carrot juice by placing a sterile jar and opening the tap.
step 7 out of 7
After pouring the juice over all the jars, carefully roll up the hot juice cans with a seaming wrench with sterile lids, and then turn them upside down, wrap them up with a warm blanket or terry towel, and leave them to cool completely for about 12 hours. Then store the cooled cans of carrot juice in a cool, dark place.

Enjoy a healthy drink!
