Various devices are used to make carrot juice at home. Most often, you can find juice prepared through a juicer, but today I will tell you about the recipe for carrot juice prepared in a juicer. The juice prepared in this way is distinguished by its delicate and mild taste, as well as rich aroma.

After the water boils well, put the middle on the lower part and check that the tube is well fixed. Place a container with carrots on top, and close the lid well. After the water boils strongly, reduce the heat and after about an hour, add the required amount of granulated sugar to the container with carrots.
After pouring the juice over all the jars, carefully roll up the hot juice cans with a seaming wrench with sterile lids, and then turn them upside down, wrap them up with a warm blanket or terry towel, and leave them to cool completely for about 12 hours. Then store the cooled cans of carrot juice in a cool, dark place.
