Add the required amount of granulated sugar to the resulting juice and pour in the amount of drinking water indicated in the recipe, then mix thoroughly. Prepare the jars. Rinse them thoroughly in warm water and then sterilize in the microwave, oven, or water bath. Pour boiling water over the lids or boil in a saucepan.
Pour the resulting juice into sterile jars. Cover with sterile lids, then place in a heavy-bottomed saucepan with a tea towel. Pour warm water over the hangers of the jars. Put the saucepan with the contents over medium heat and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and sterilize the juice for 10-15 minutes.
