Soft, tasty, aromatic homemade bacon! I just want to roll up more for the winter in order to pamper yourself and your family with an incredible delicacy. It is very simple to prepare it, and the result is amazing!

Boil water and dissolve 1 tbsp in it. salt and granulated sugar. Add the peppercorns and leave to cool to room temperature.

We wash the bacon, cut it into cubes and let it dry.

Then we squeeze the garlic through a press and mix with 3 tbsp. salt.

We coat the bacon with salt and garlic and send it to the brine, cover with a lid. We keep the fat for 2 days at room temperature.

Then we send the lard to the refrigerator for another 2-3 days until the desired salinity. We drain the water.
