With great pleasure I want to share a wonderful recipe for minced meat nests with mushrooms, cooked in the oven. Mom taught me this recipe. As a child, she often prepared meat nests for festive celebrations as a hot dish. Use the recipe and treat yourself to a delicious and satisfying dish.

Peel the onions, chop with a sharp knife. Leave one onion for the minced meat. Cut the mushrooms into medium pieces. Place in a preheated and oiled skillet. Fry until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper. Then add sour cream. Stir well, bring to a boil and remove from heat.

Put the loaf in a deep container and pour the required amount of milk.

Wash the carrots well, and then peel them with a vegetable peeler, grate them on a fine grater. Put the minced meat in a deep bowl, add the soaked loaf, after squeezing it out. Then break the chicken eggs, add chopped onions and grated carrots. Then salt and add black pepper to taste.
