Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 12
We take the selected piece of meat, rinse it in cool water, dry it with paper towels and cut it across the fibers. Pieces of pork should not be very thick - about 1 cm.Place the prepared slices in a medium-sized bowl.
step 2 out of 12
Pour in salt, pepper and your favorite spices to taste, and then mix well so that all the seasonings are evenly distributed over the meat.
step 3 out of 12
We take cling film and wrap each piece. Using a kitchen hammer, beat off the meat on both sides until we get soft pieces. Then we remove the film.
step 4 out of 12
We take a baking sheet or other heat-resistant form, grease with vegetable oil and lay out the prepared chops. They need to be arranged so that they touch each other without forming gaps.
step 5 out of 12
We peel the onion from the husk, rinse it in cold water and cut it into thin half rings. Then spread the vegetable evenly over the meat.
step 6 out of 12
We wash the mushrooms with a colander, dry a little and chop coarsely. Preheat a frying pan, pour a little vegetable oil into it and fry the mushrooms. When they start up the juice, increase the heat to maximum and continue cooking until all the liquid has evaporated. Salt and pepper to taste.
Tip: for French-style meat, you can take any mushrooms: oyster mushrooms, champignons or any forest mushrooms. If using the first two, you can add a special mushroom seasoning to enhance the flavor.
step 7 out of 12
Put the finished mushrooms on the onion layer.
step 8 out of 12
We wash the tomatoes and cut each fruit in two. We remove the dense centers, and then cut the vegetables into thick half rings. We spread the slicing on the mushrooms so that it covers almost the entire surface. Salt a little.
We make a thin mesh of 100 g of mayonnaise.
step 9 out of 12
We wash the dill and parsley, dry and finely chop. Sprinkle herbs on our dish in a baking sheet.
step 10 out of 12
We pass the cheese through a fine grater and cover the meat with the resulting shavings as much as possible.
step 11 out of 12
Again we make a mesh from the remaining mayonnaise and send the baking sheet into an oven preheated to 200 C. We timed out 30-35 minutes.
Tip: if mayonnaise is replaced with sour cream, then it is best to use a 20% dairy product.
step 12 out of 12
After the time has elapsed, take the meat out of the oven and serve it hot along with your favorite side dish: rice, potatoes or other vegetables. Hearty and tasty dinner for you! Bon Appetit!
