According to this recipe, you will prepare a delicious and satisfying dish, to which no one will be indifferent. Pork goes well with any mushrooms, but especially with chanterelles, and sour cream will make it juicy and soft. We will cook meat with chanterelles in a frying pan.

First, prepare all the ingredients for the dish. Pre-boil chanterelles (fresh or frozen) in salted water.

Cut a piece of pork into pieces of any size and shape. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the pieces of meat in it until golden brown.

Peel the onion, chop the rings into a quarter and transfer to the meat.

Then transfer the boiled chanterelles to a skillet and mix everything.

Pour hot water over the meat with mushrooms and simmer under the covered lid until the meat is cooked.
